Based on data gathered in 2010, jobs in risk management saw total compensation grow 4%, salaries remained flat to slightly negative and bonuses grew 7% between 2008 and 2009. These modest gains show that employers are willing to compensate risk professionals with bonuses more typical of pre-recessionary times.
